Bridging financial barriers so girls can pursue their passions and dream big.
At The Fiore Foundation, we are a dedicated team with one unwavering mission: to ensure that every adolescent girl—regardless of her circumstances—has the chance to succeed. In the face of poverty, instability, and adversity in their home lives, we are committed to providing the resources, opportunities, and support needed to turn dreams into reality.
For us, it’s not just about making a difference; it’s about igniting a spark of hope and resilience in young people who need it most. Together, we are creating pathways for growth, empowerment, and a brighter future.

A Personal Journey of Purpose
The Fiore Foundation is not just a nonprofit—it’s a deeply personal mission for our founder, Amanda Fiore.
Amanda’s inspiration to create this organization comes from her own challenging upbringing, shaped by financial instability and a lack enriching experiences during her formative years. Witnessing her sister struggle within the foster care system further fueled her desire to make a positive impact.
What began as a childhood dream of one day owning a large home, dedicated to helping as many kids as possible who face challenges similar to those Amanda experienced, has evolved into the heart of The Fiore Foundation. At its core, the foundation is about breaking down barriers and providing young girls—who might otherwise miss out on life’s enriching experiences—the opportunity to explore, dream, and succeed.

Amanda Fiore
Founder
Born and raised in Northern Virginia, Amanda's formative years were shaped by a tumultuous childhood marked by financial instability and her single mother's struggles with alcoholism, addiction, mental health issues, and abusive relationships. Music emerged as Amanda's sanctuary amidst these challenges, offering solace and escape from the harsh realities that surrounded her. Throughout her teenage years, Amanda's connection to music deepened, making her a regular presence at local and national concerts. The anticipation of upcoming events became a beacon of optimism, providing a lifeline through the growing difficulties of her adolescent life.
In her professional journey, Amanda Fiore seamlessly integrated her passion for music into a prolific career marked by impactful initiatives and visionary leadership. As the former C.O.O. of Sumerian Records, Amanda engineered and executed artist-first strategies, amplifying the influence of roster acts throughout mainstream culture. Spearheading the marketing efforts for "Black Labyrinth," the highly anticipated solo debut from GRAMMY® Award-winning multi-platinum legend and Korn frontman Jonathan Davis, showcased Amanda's prowess. Under her guidance, Sumerian Records' artists achieved remarkable milestones, accumulating billions of streams and views, earning three GRAMMY® Award nominations, and securing multiple gold certifications. The resounding success of this independent label underscores Amanda's exceptional ability to navigate and thrive in the dynamic landscape of the music industry. Her unwavering commitment to dismantling barriers for artists stands as a testament to her expansive vision. Beyond the realms of music, Amanda's innovation extended to collaborations with industry giants like Activision, Blizzard, and THQ, as well as strategic partnerships with WWE/NXT and ESPN.
In 2021, Amanda transitioned away from her role at Sumerian Records to launch The Fiore Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering adolescent girls facing poverty, instability, and adversity in their home lives. Leveraging her extensive music industry experience, Amanda infuses creativity into the foundation, drawing inspiration from years of innovative collaborations. Committed to making a positive impact, The Fiore Foundation focuses on creative partnerships with for-profit businesses to support its mission of empowering young women through extracurricular enrichment initiatives.

Korn, with their powerful and aggressive music, played a pivotal role in normalizing the intense emotions Amanda grappled with during her teenage years. This connection deepened when she collaborated with the band's lead singer, Jonathan Davis, on his solo album, Black Labyrinth. Through this creative journey, Amanda found not just collaborators but kindred spirits. Today, JD and the entire Korn family stand as supportive allies in her mission to empower and uplift struggling youth.
